As more and more cases of fraud and misuse of PPP funds come to light, law enforcement agencies are cracking down on those who took advantage of the program. The investigations and convictions  are severe, with individuals facing hefty fines and potentially long prison sentences.  It is clear that this issue is not going away anytime soon, and those who abused the system will continue in the pursued.
