The man law enforcement calls the Gilgo Beach serial killer has been charged with two more murders. The Suffolk County District Attorney says Rex Heuermann murdered Sandra Costilla in 1993 and Jessica Taylor in 2003. Heuermann is now accused of murdering six women from 1993 to 2010. Several other murders remain unsolved.
