When OP's sister had her baby, their mom demanded to be the first person to meet the baby, but she wasn't there when the baby was born. OP's BIL wanted his mom to meed the baby and OP's sister refused until her mom, the problem is that in the time that would happen, OP's BIL's mom passed in an accident and now he won't speak to his wife at all.
