Songwriter and producer Terius Gesteelde-Diamant, known professionally as The-Dream, has been accused in a federal lawsuit of sex trafficking and rape by singer, Channii Monroe. Monroe, whose legal name is Chanaazz Mangroe, claims The-Dream promised to make her the next Beyonce or Rihanna but instead subjected her to sexual violence. Monroe's suit claims she eventually signed a record deal but it fell apart when The-Dream didn't deliver her music.
