Having previously worked as Glenfiddich, Mark is now Private Client Manager for Duncan Taylor Scotch Whisky.
But most importantly, Mark knows how to tell a good story over a dram or 2.
In this episode we look back over his career which has seen him working in women's fashion to managing some of the top bars and restaurants in the country.
Now Mark travels the world selling exclusive bottles and casks of some of the finest whisky available.
