This week I’m talking about the struggle I have to switch off and the constant inner dialogue that tells me “I should be working”, even during planned time off. 

There’s a difference between active resting and forced relaxation and I share my personal experience to illustrate how relaxation and mindfulness can improve productivity, well-being, and relationships. 

I’ll give you some practical tips that you can start to practice that’ll help you relax & rest.
