God's people grow weary and discouraged, sometimes thinking "The Lord has forsaken me; my Lord has forgotten me." (Isaiah 49:14). God's reply, in part, is His Servant: 1) v4 The servant is a disciple skilled in God's Word. 2) vv5-6 The servant is a sufferer submissive to God's will. 3) vv7-9 The servant is a believer certain of God's help.
