They sought to learn from El Salvador’s experience, highlighting the country’s specific commission for digital assets. Both sides emphasized the importance of collaboration and strengthening ties. 🏦 OKX HK has decided to withdraw its VASP license application in Hong Kong and will cease centralized virtual asset trading services for Hong Kong residents by May 31, 2024. customers can withdraw assets until August 31, 2024, after which direct withdrawals or transfers will not be possible. 🔴 Sphere Labs, a blockchain developer, introduces a bank-to-wallet Telegram Messenger extension, enabling users to transfer funds between bank accounts and wallets within the Telegram app. The service offers a 0.1% fee per transaction for early users and is set to launch fully later this year after initial testing starting the week of May 27. While users from non-sanctioned countries can utilize the extension, they need to link it with a USD or euro-denominated bank account.
âť—Important to note, that Telegram boasts an impressive 800 million monthly active users, with more than 52 million people using the platform daily.
