#015 Thriving during uncertainty and building self improvement in challenging times, with Chuck Hogan (part 1)

Episode 15 Published 5 years, 11 months ago
Description

Chuck Hogan is a neuro-strategist, a Tony Robbins senior trainer, and crew facilitator for Tony Robbins' events. I had the real pleasure to interview him a year ago, which I reposted on episode 009 of the show. This is a brand new interview, recorded during a Facebook live on 30/3/20, during the coronavirus lockdown.

In this first part of the interview:

  • How to thrive, rather than just survive, during the Covid-19 pandemic.
  • How to shift our focus from fear to faith, and eventually freedom.
  • How to cope with uncertainty.
  • Learn about the 30-30-30 principle (body-mind-spirit).
  • The opportunity that we are given with this "staycation" to reset ourselves.

Listen to the remaining of this fascinating interview in episode 016!

"Allow yourself, just for a moment, while you're doing your breathing exercises or meditation, to see yourself as your best self, and what that feels like."

-Chuck Hogan
