Description

Emma Estrela is an officially certified Wim Hof method instructor, and she is actually the only female level 2 instructor in the UK. She is a truly extraordinary person, and in her words she was "made in Brazil with UK parts". I had the real pleasure to interview her in 2019 for my previous podcast; on this brand new interview she is discussing the Wim Hof method and so much more!

Listen to this episode to learn:

  • What is the Wim Hof method and how it can help you.
  • Immunity: our best defence against the coronavirus.
  • The benefits of cold showers.
  • "Social distancing" - why this term is inaccurate and misleading.
  • Going "off-grid" and the freedom associated with it.

Listen to the remaining of this fascinating interview, which includes a breathwork practice, in episode 019!
