Franc Milburn is a former UK Defence Intelligence officer and alumnus of The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and the London School of Economics. He has written peer-reviewed papers for numerous globally ranked think tanks and is an affiliated researcher with the Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies, which published two UAP reports by him on UAP, cited by Dr Hal Puthoff and Chris Mellon, amongst others. He is a member of the Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies.
