In 2005, Alex Wells, an Akron drug dealer and father of 10, was ambushed in his West Akron driveway and shot 10 times by two assailants. His killers have never been identified. In this collaborative print-and-podcast project, Ohio Mysteries and the Akron Beacon Journal interview Akron police detectives who are still trying to solve this cold case, and a child of Wells who is trying to hold onto good memories of their father.
