In Episode 205 I sit down with James Smith. James was an Officer with the Warm Spring police department which is located about an hour north from Bend Oregon. James saw what he interpreted as massive shortcomings with the department's leadership and started questioning the legality of many of this department’s SOPs. After bringing up several issues to his chain of command, James claims they started targeting him on unrelated issues as a form of retaliation for questioning the department's policy. As with all stories there are undoubtedly two sides, but I allowed James to tell his here on today’s episode! Please enjoy episode 205 of the Endless Endeavor Podcast.
