Today on Louisiana Considered, we encore a conversation with Jay Isch, executive director of Deaf Focus, about problems faced by the Louisiana School for the Deaf. And, with the 2022 World Cup freshly in our rearview mirror, we hear about two new soccer teams coming to the Crescent City
