A horror movie classic, Candyman is not your typical urban legend villain. In fact, his backstory makes him a somewhat tragic figure--as is his misfortune in being forced to spend eternity demonizing unsuspecting victims.

What you may not know, is the legend of Candyman, may have a real-life horror attached the infamous urban legend.

Who is Candyman? Is he a figment of our collective imagination, or is he a case of scary fiction imitating real-life horror?
