Description

This episode was inspired by questions I received on Instagram! We always want to know how long it’s going to take to start feeling better. Unfortunately, we live in an instant gratification society so it’s difficult for us to stay after it when we aren’t seeing results immediately.

But with your hormones things take time. It’s different for every person. It depends how long your imbalances have been unaddressed & if you’re actually addressing your root cause.

As James Wedmore said "Don’t give the problem a year and the solution a week."

Some signs that you’re progessing and moving in the right direction.

  • Sleep improvement
  • Cravings have decreased
  • Your energy is better
  • More consistent, healthier bowel movements
  • You’re not hungry all the time- you feel satiated after eating
  • Moods have improved & are more stable
  • Weight loss/reduce inflammation so you feel more comfortable in your skin.
  • Less painful periods
  • Easier period
