We are in the middle of a 12 week series exploring how the life of the Holy Spirit transforms us into the image of God. Today we explore Paul's comparison of the works of the flesh to the fruit (singular) of the Spirit. This agricultural image is intentional. The transformation of a Christian is like a seed planted in the ground -- it is organic, it is gradual, it requires the attention of the Great Gardner and it will bear fruit.
