How long has the "War on Drugs" been going. Too damn long. Maybe Americans are finally coming around to the idea that you just can't pass laws that regulate human behavior. The best you can do is put the right incentives together. It looks like the Federal Government is beginning to give up trying to control marijuana consumption, or at least stop putting people in jail for it.
