In Ephesians 6:5-9, we see that light of the gospel, workers are ultimately to work for Christ, not their earthly bosses or masters. Christ is keeping close watch and will one day reward them. Similarly, bosses or masters ought to be aware that the Lord will one day judge their leadership, and He shows no partiality.
