She combines her own personal healing experience, hands-on work with people suffering from a variety of symptoms/disorders including multiple sclerosis and sports injuroes; along with her graduate degree in exercise science and as a medical exercise practitioner. She worked for over 10 years in outpatient rehab at a major hospital in New York City, and eventually moved back to Minnesota where she has a private practice and an online platform offering hundreds of Fascia focused movement classes and education.
