Jackie Horne can often be seen 'popping up' at various arts, crafts and producer markets around the Island with her home made Chai. When fellow artisans told her they were keen to find a new space to market their diverse and international goods, she came up with a solution - the 'Down North' monthly artisan market, which starts this Sunday outside Ramsey Courthouse.
