On this episode of the Ones Ready podcast we sit down with an overall great human being, Sam Sheriff from the REORG Charity.  Sam was once a Royal Marine before his recent retirement where he was the first Royal Marine to receive his black belt in Brazilian Jujitsu.  Sam then help organize and start a fantastic chary called REORG where they focus on brining veterans and others wounded into their program to help rehabilitate them using BJJ.  For his work with REORG, he was awarded a MBE by Her Majesty the Queen.  Please enjoy the episode and give us your feedback.
