Adam Robinson, of Saverite drugs in Kentucky was not happy and his staff wasn't either.  So he changed his management style and his pharmacies workflow.  It made a big difference and in this episode he tells us how he did it.  Now he is having other pharmacy owners visit his pharmacy and learning how to emulate his process and speaking at pharmacy conferences.  If you are looking for ways to improve then you'll want to hear what Adam has to say.
