As dramatic and melancholy as the title of the is podcast was about the same level as my emotions were dropping my last baby at Pre-School today. Today was the first time that my husband and I have ever dropped him off and left him to go into the world without us. I get that I'm speaking as if he's going off to college so I'll reel it in and just say that today was unlike any other emotional milestone I have ever felt with my boys. there was surges of sorrow, pride, and even resentful anger.
