🚔 Canada’s anti-money laundering agency, FINTRAC, has fined cryptocurrency exchange Binance nearly C$6 million (approximately $4.38 million USD) for breaching money laundering and terrorist financing laws. Binance failed to register as a foreign money services business with FINTRAC despite multiple deadlines. 🚨 Binance and KuCoin Exchange have been registered by India’s anti-money laundering regulator, marking a credibility shift for crypto in the nation.
