Finding Purpose In Your Storm

Episode 182 Published 1 year, 11 months ago
Description

Acts 27:21–22 says: “But after long abstinence from food, then Paul stood in the midst of them and said, “Men, you should have listened to me, and not have sailed from Crete and incurred this disaster and loss. And now I urge you to take heart, for there will be no loss of life among you, but only of the ship.”

We are headed for a terrible storm like those men. The Word of God clearly warns that our direction as a nation is fraught with peril. It talks about God's ability to bring us to a place where we can walk above the storms that we will all have to face.

The storm doesn't have to dominate our lives; it doesn't have to take away our purpose. We don't have to live with a sense of hopelessness, no matter how hopeless or dark the days around us seem. Let's pray for God to prepare us for the coming storm and that we find purpose in the middle of it.

It's time to pray.
