This episode of the Tatami Talk is kind of a special one for us. It's our one year anniversary episode. It's episode 25 and that means Anthony and Juan have been doing this podcast for one year now. We start the show by talking about the past year, our goals and plans for the future. The second half of the show we talk about a question that we get a lot, what are the forbidden/banned techniques in Judo (Kinshi Waza)? After that we talk a bit about the history of the leg grabbing ban in modern Judo and how it has affected competition and recreational Judo.
