One of the most peculiar oddities in society today is how our two major political parties and their constituents see the world from virtually opposite points of view. This strange phenomenon seemed to occur with the presidency of Donald Trump and is getting worse as he approaches victory for a second term. Ex-CNN reporter, Michelle Kozinski, displays a perfect example of this phenomenon as she reflects on a recent dinner with "friends" where she is bewildered about the chasm between her and them in their political view. She is shocked to learn how they have lost faith in the Ivy League schools and are not allowing their children to even apply. She also has difficulty understanding why they don't "believe" in man-made climate change without noticing that she claims it as a belief. This is what I call "UPSIDE DOWN WORLD" and it's ruining our society.
