The family of a New Jersey teenager has filed a lawsuit against one of her former teachers after she was cited for touching the girl's breasts in the hallway of the school. Jenna Sciabica resigned from the Marlboro Township Public School District after the allegation came to light in March. Marlboro Township Police said they worked with the school district to investigate the claim and cited Sciabica after investigating.
