Besides tournament fishing Curtis is a guide on Lake McConaughy in western Nebraska where he is originally from. Curtis shares great fishing tips in this podcast on how to find and target big post spawn fish on reservoirs with pelagic forage. In the case of McConaughy the walleyes are notoriously big and healthy due to their readily available food source, the alewife.
