Today I wanted to just share some real-time observations about what I'm noticing in the industry with prices increasing and what customers have for expectations on our work. I have noticed that costs are going up across the board, labor is harder to come by, and the middle class is getting to take it on the chin with the cost of inflation. Today's climate is a game of hot potato, and I want to make sure you guys don't get stuck with the potato, ie: low prices and not getting paid top dollar for what you all do.
