The trial for an Ohio man accused of murdering his three young sons has been delayed as his attorneys argue against him receiving the death penalty as a possible punishment. Chad Doerman's trial was scheduled to begin in July. Clermont County Prosecutor Mark Tekulve said last summer that he would pursue the death penalty against Doerman.
