Jeff Woolwine has studied the Phoenix Lights for more than 20 years. Born and raised in Phoenix, Jeff was the first to prove that the Indigenous saw and recorded the Phoenix Lights over a thousand years ago, and other UFOs by carving petroglyphs in the Arizona mountains.
