Self-care from a place of intuitiveness requires us to witness in ourselves what is needed in the moment and having the courage to follow through with that practice that is going nurture us fully. Self-care is related to how we take everything in our world or you could say how we digest everything and to base our practices around nature, the seasonal changes, times of day and cycles of life.
