Having the appropriate amounts of fats in the diet creates a body that is health, happy and vibrant. Adding healthy fats assists with keeping balance in the body that keeps the hormones stable, lowering the bad cholesterol and also reducing the risk of heart attack. It's important to eat healthy sources of fats in moderation to help with those fat soluble vitamins. I also share the benefits of ghee, or clarified butter, known as liquid gold in Ayurveda.
