Herbs and spices have many benefits that assist in bringing more balance, ease and harmony into the body, mind and soul. There is this deep intelligence within the herb that allow healing on many levels. Today I share some basic herbs and spices  you may already have in your kitchen as well as some of those Ayurvedic herbs/spices which you can use.
