Dr. Amanda Leibovitz is a licensed therapist and certified mental performance consultant with a strong calling to empower others with the knowledge, awareness, and skills needed to navigate life on their own terms. In addition to earning her MA in Counseling and PhD in Educational Psychology, she has completed specialized training in EMDR therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, DBT skills, nonviolent communication, and performance enhancement. Amanda’s unique blend of experience, education, and training allows her to integrate effective strategies for high performance with proven approaches to mental health counseling to emphasize clients’ personal strengths and values as important vehicles for change.
