Emily Seitter, project manager for the City's Capital Improvement Plan and the Half-Cent Sales Tax teams, and Chad Rucks, construction engineer with the Treasure Coast Operations Center of FDOT, discuss this partnership and explain that all of the infrastructure improvements going on throughout the City are resident-centric. "Without the input, without open, transparent two-way communication, we are not meeting the over-arching goal, which is to build for the people."
