Today we are talking about Strategy #5 of the 5 strategies to help you with Personal Change, which is to Be Flexible.
In this strategy we aren’t talking about being physically flexible; however, that is always a good idea to work on your physical flexibility. I would include this under strategy #4 that we talked about yesterday which is to Look After Yourself.
Changes don’t always occur the way we imagined. You may encounter curve-balls and forks in the road you weren’t expecting.
Give yourself enough latitude to readjust for the unexpected.
Neal Maxwell said, “It is not the years but the changes that make us grow.”
Over the past 5 days, we have explored 5 strategies to help you with personal change. Implement 1 or more of these strategies and increase your success to your next level, and we all have a next level.
Don’t waste time and energy fighting the inevitable. Learn to see change as a new adventure on the road through life and embrace the future!
