🚨 Bitcoin Jesus — Roger Ver arrested for alleged tax evasion and mail fraud in Spain. Roger Ver, also known as “Bitcoin Jesus,” has been arrested in Spain following charges of tax evasion by the U.S. Department of Justice. The indictment accuses Ver of evading nearly $50 million in taxes, engaging in mail fraud, and filing false tax returns. 💰 BlackRock’s BUIDL fund, now at $375 million, has become the largest tokenized treasury fund in just six weeks, surpassing Franklin Templeton’s BENJI. With Securitize’s support, BUIDL commands almost 30% of the $1.3 billion tokenized treasury market. Ondo Finance’s OUSG token played a significant role in BUIDL’s growth, contributing $50 million in inflows. ⚡ Coinbase now supports the Bitcoin Lightning Network, offering users faster and cheaper Bitcoin transfers compared to the Bitcoin blockchain. Users can choose between Lightning and the Bitcoin network for their transfers. With Lightning, the recipient generates a unique invoice containing the transfer amount, valid for 72 hours.
