Linda being the adventurer she jumped right into dancing with the Basque dance company Txori Baltza with Katlyn, Olivia and Franci. Afterwards we dragged them into our Media room and with a ruckus concert going in the room next door, we proceeded to have a fun discussion of Basque history, delicious Starr steaks and their creative dancing.

Though we may not be in the Basque Country, we are in peak cider season! Before the cider can bubble in your belly, it must first be made. Watch as contemporary Basque dance company Txori Baltza illustrates the tale of making cider and enjoying it after.
