Since the 1947, notice the year , scientists have researched the effects of Electromagnetic Weapons on skin and the human body as a whole . The Active Denial System (ADS) is a Kinetic Energy Weapon that is non lethal but has a heat ray which causes nausea, vommiiting , not to mention skin rashes and blisters . What if this has long range effects that don’t show up for decades? Like agent orange . It is according to many reports less than a microwave effects , but what do we believe on this ?
