This week we start a two part episode to try and discuss new ideas to grow sailing. We want to do a series of episodes, one every few months, where we talk about growing the sport. This week we start with two people who are at the coal face. Adrian Finglas Head - Coach Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron and Scott Paton - Head of the Sailing Program Rye Yacht Club. From there we hope to move up the administrative hierarchy till we get World sailing talking about it. We discuss a range of ideas. Let us know yours. cheers@barkarate.com
