This governmental overreach will result in less housing inventory, higher prices and the end of affordable housing in the County Plus it will do nothing to stem the growth demand in the county. How many roads can they build in six months?!?!?

Earl McLeod, Executive Director of the Building Industry Association of Central South Carolina, joins me to discuss what is happening and how to address the issue with your county council members.
