Missouri Planned Parenthood clinics would be banned from state funds under a measure the Missouri House sent the governor in a near straight party-line vote. A bill to move control of the St. Louis City Police Department from the Mayor to a state-appointed Board of Commissioners is heard in committee. St. Louis police continue to focus on traffic offenses. Storms are expected later this week. Ted Drewes is celebrating 95 years.
