A teacher from Marlboro Township, New Jersey is accused of touching a student inappropriately in the hallway of a school. Jenna Sciabica had worked at Marlboro Memorial Middle School. The student's mother blasted the school board at a recent meeting. Sciabica has denied the allegation through her attorney.
