Be the Change is a virtual job fair for the wine, spirits & beer industry that supports diversity, inclusion and equality in hiring and helps streamline the job search process. Launched in December 2020 with a second fair April 22, 2021, Be the Change has formed a partnership with the Thurgood Marshall College Fund to provide job opportunities for its graduates.
