Spirituality is a huge part of our health that really isn't talked about much. In this On My Sleeve episode, I share with you my journey over the years as my relationship with God grew and then dwindled to basically nonexistent. Now my relationship with God is better than ever before and that's because I have developed a relationship with my Angels. I still never go to church, I sometimes have a glass of wine or say a curse word, and but I no longer let those things keep me from enjoying a relationship with God.
