עה"פ [ברביעי דפ' מצורע, בנוגע לנגעי בתים] "וצוה הכהן ופנו את הבית גו' ולא יטמא כל אשר בבית וגו'" מביא רש"י "על מה חסה תורה אם על כלי שטף (כלי מתכות) יטבילום ויטהרו... הא לא חסה תורה אלא על כלי חרס שאין להם טהרה במקוה". ומכאן רואים עד כמה יקר ונוגע דבר גשמי, אפי' דבר שערכו פחות ביותר ככלי חרס, של כ"א מישראל, אפי' של יהודי שנמצא במעמד ומצב שיש מקום לחשוד שמגיע לו עונש של טומאה שיש בה חומר מיוחד ש"בדד ישב מחוץ למחנה"!!; ויש לקשר זה עם ביאת משיח צדקנו שנק' "מנוגע, דכתיב והוא מחולל מפשעינו וגו'", והגאולה תהי' באופן ש"כספם וזהבם אתם"!

On the verse [in revi’i of Parashas Metzora, regarding tzara’as on houses], “The kohen shall order that they clear out the house…so that everything in the house should not become unclean,” Rashi states: “For what objects did the Torah have consideration? If it was upon [metal] vessels, let him immerse them, and they will become clean…Hence, the Torah has consideration only for earthenware vessels, which cannot be cleansed in a mikvah.” From here we see the preciousness and importance of a Jew’s physical objects, even something of very little value like earthenware vessels, and even when it belongs to a Jew whose level is such that there’s a possibility that he deserves tzara’as, a particularly severe form of impurity requiring one to “live alone; outside the camp.” This can be tied to the coming of Moshiach Tzidkeinu: Moshiach is called “afflicted, as it is written, ‘But he was pained because of our transgressions, etc.’” and additionally, the Redemption will be in a manner of “their silver and their gold with them.”
