Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God. - Matthew 5:8
It doesn't say blessed are the pure in dressing, actions, sermons but in the heart. Because you can dress nicely, preach a good speech, do significant actions while you are still impure in heart and no man can see it. So your pure actions can deceive the people around you. But that's not the case with God. He sees your heart, and when He looks into even the minute details of your thoughts, is it pure?
